Dall'incrocio che porta a Santa Giulia, sulla provinciale che collega Scaletta Uzzone a Cairo Montenotte, ci avventuriamo sull'asfalto per Santa Giulia, San Varezzo, La Gorra. Ancora un centinaio di metri e abbandoniamo l'asfalto per salire fino in cima al Bric du Rizz. Bella discesa fino alla strada asfaltata che porta a S Michele ma noi la abbandoniamo per fare una discesa ancora più bella che ci porterà in prossimità di frazione Staia. Poi asfalto per scendere a valle in frazione Poggiolo, dove inizia il primo di questi quattro segmenti.

From the intersection that leads to Santa Giulia, on the main road that connects ladder Uzzone in Cairo Montenotte, we venture on the tarmac for Santa Giulia, San Varezzo, La Gorra.
