Varcato l'ingresso della parco urbano di Sinnai e divorato l'asfalto quasi sino alla cima della "baita" ( 2,5 km.) ci si butta per la strada sterrata in discesa (l'inizio della traccia porta a in un sentierino sulla destra che porta fino al chiosco-bar, se preferite potete seguire da subito l'asfalto ed evitare il piccolo strappo sterrato....).
Continui saliscendi e salite più che pedalabili tra fascie spartifiamme e single treck ci portano fino alla caserma forestale che domina Soleminis. Il rientro è solo una formalità defaticante.
