Partenza da Sant'Andrea (Bressanone). Si prende la cabinovia della Plose. Per raggiungere l'omonimo rifugio si percorre comoda pista forestale. Si segue il sentiero segnavia nr. 6 fino a raggiungere l'inizio della discesa per cresta. La traccia risulta a tratti ripida, difficile e leggermente esposta. Dalla Forcella Plose si scende fino a Malga Buoi. Si prende il sentiero segnavia nr. 30. Lungo traverso con alcuni saliscendi fino al bivio con il sentiero segnavia nr. 4. Immersi in un magnifico bosco si segue il single track che termina proprio alla stazione della cabinovia.Diff. single trail S3.

Departure from St. Andrew's (Brixen). Take the cable car Plose. To reach the refuge of the same name runs conveniently forest track. Follow the trail trail nr. 6 to reach the beginning of the descent to the ridge. The trail is steep in places, difficult and slightly exposed. From the Forcella Plose down to Malga Oxen. Take the path trail nr. 30 Long cross with some ups and downs until the junction with trail trail nr. 4. Surrounded by a magnificent forest, follow the single track that ends right at the station cabinovia.Diff. single trail S3.
