Partenza da Bressanone. Si segue il sentiero 2 (Percorso Storico). Percorrendo una parte del sentiero "Karl-Toldt-Weg" (brevi tratti a spinta) lungo una bellissima pista forestale si giunge al Lago di Varna (5 min. a piedi perchè c'è un divieto di accesso alle mtb). Seguendo il sentiero 1 si raggiunge la località di Novacella, sobborgo della città di Bressanone, dove si può ammirare l'abbazia immersa in un meraviglioso paesaggio di vigneti e frutteti. Infine attraverso il sentiero 16, che scorre parallelo al fiume Isarco, si ritorna tranquillamente a Bressanone. Brevi tratti di sentiero con diff. single trail S1.

Departure from Bressanone. Follow the trail 2 (Historic Tours). Going through a part of the path "Karl-Toldt-Weg" (short straight thrust) along a beautiful forest trail will take you to Lake Varna (5 min. Walk because there is a ban on access to the bike). 1 Following the path we reach the village of Neustift, a suburb of the city of Bressanone, where you can admire the abbey surrounded by a beautiful landscape of vineyards and orchards. Finally, through the path 16, which runs parallel to the Inn River, you will return safely to Bressanone. Short sections of trail with diff. S1 single trail.
