Verso antiorario – km 28 – dislivello 1300m. – Altezza min.1160m / max.2379m

L'itinerario prende il via da Sega Digon, risale lungo l'omonima valle su asfalto per i primi 6 km, poi su sterrato dove alcuni tratti cementati hanno delle pendenze anche considerevoli. Dopo 9 km si raggiunge la casera Silvella a quota 1826 dove si ha la possibilità di rifornirsi d'acqua. I successivi 500m di dislivello iniziano con un fondo ghiaioso e pendenze considerevoli fino al bivio con lo sterrato che porta al monte Cavallino a quota 2080m. Da qui la pendenza si fa più blanda anche se nell'ultimo km a causa del percorso accidentato bisogna trovare un bel po' di forza di volontà per raggiungere il passo Silvella in sella alla bicicletta a quota 2329.
Dal passo si raggiunge la sella del Quaternà a quota 2379 dove a tratti si spingerà la bici a mano per una decina di minuti.
Da qui ha inizio la bellissima e panoramica discesa lungo la costa della Spina attraverso un singletrack che all'inizio è un sali-scendi sino al monte Spina ( quota 1967)e poi scende con più decisione lungo un sentiero un po' più tecnico ma non difficile che porta al paese di Casalmazzagno da dove si raggiunge la provinciale che in pochi minuti ci riporterà a Sega Digon chiudendo un giro di particolare soddisfazione.

The route starts from Sega Digon, rises along the valley of the same name on asphalt for the first 6 km, then on dirt where some sections have cemented slope also considerable. Here begins the beautiful and scenic descent along the coast of Spina through a singletrack that has a beginning and downs Plug up the mountain (altitude 1967) and then down more firmly on a path a bit 'more technical but not difficult that leads to the town of Casalmazzagno from where you reach the main road in a few minutes will bring us back to Sega Digon closing a round of particular satisfaction.
