Questo itinerario prevede di salire a Montecchio di Negrar per due volte di seguito: la prima salendo da Arbizzano e la seconda salendo da Quinto.
Le salite sono un misto di asfalto e sterrato, le discese sono interamente su sterrato.
La bici adatta può essere sia una front che una full.
Partendo da Novare si passa da Villa Novare da cui ha inizio sulla destra la salita su sterrato (con una piccola deviazione nel bosco) che si congiunge poi alla strada asfaltata/cementata che passa davanti alla cantina Ragose. Proseguendo ci si immette sulla strada asfaltata principale e continuando a salire si raggiunge Montecchio.
Si passa la chiesa e dopo circa due km si raggiunge un bivio dove a sinistra si sale a loc. Canova.
La strada sempre asfaltata devia poi su una sterrata che ci porta al punto più alto.
Di qui ha inizio la discesa nel bosco dapprima su una stradina sterrata che poi diventa un divertente sentiero. Attenzione alla parte finale per le numerose pietre.
Si giunge quindi nei pressi di Grezzana dove ci si reimmette sulla strada asfaltata e proseguendo verso Verona si giunge a Quinto. Qui ci si dirige al cimitero da cui ha inizio una salita con tratti impegnativi che ci porta sopra le Torricelle.
Giunti sulle Torricelle si continua a salire fino ad arrivare al capitello, dove ha inizio una parte di salita molto tecnica con una serie di gradoni di roccia da superare. Non è molto lunga, ma è impegnativa, così ci si riporta su un tratto di strada asfaltata fatto all'andata. Si prosegue fino alla chiesa di Montecchi dove questa volta si gira a sinistra e si percorre un sentiero nel bosco che ci porta alla località Maso. Si fa un altro piccolo pezzo di asfalto per immettersi poi sul sentiero molto divertente che ci riporterà alla villa di Novare.
Attenzione: la traccia include anche il trasferimento che ho fatto da San pietro in Cariano ad Arbizzano, ma vi consiglio di partire direttamente da Arbizzano.

This route involves climbing a Montecchio Negrar for two times in a row, the first and the second going from Arbizzano climbing from fifth.
The climbs are a mixture of asphalt and gravel, the slopes are entirely on dirt.
The bike fit can be both a front a full house.
Starting from Novare you switch from Villa Novare which begins the climb up the dirt road on the right (with a little detour into the woods) which then connects to the asphalt road / concrete that passes in front of the cellar Ragose. Continuing get onto the main road and continue uphill to reach Montecchio.
You pass the church and after about two km you will reach a junction where you go left at loc. Canova.
Always paved road then deflected onto a dirt road that leads to the highest point.
From here begins the descent into the woods at first on a dirt road which then becomes a fun trail. Attention to the endings to the numerous stones.
Then comes near Grezzana where you find yourself back on the road heading towards Verona and you reach the fifth. Here we head to the cemetery which begins with a climb demanding stretches that takes us above the Torricelle.
Joints on the Torricelle continue to climb up to the capital, where he began a very technical part of the climb with a series of rock steps to overcome. It is not very long, but it is challenging, so we reported on a stretch of road that leg. Continue to the Church of Montague where this time you turn left and walk along a forest path that leads us to the Maso. It is another small piece of asphalt to take then on a very enjoyable trail that will take us back to the Villa Novare.
Warning: The track also includes the transfer I made from San Pietro in Cariano to Arbizzano, but there recommend starting directly from Arbizzano.
