Verso Orario - quota Min/max 950/1220
Partiamo da Vipiteno e dopo essere passati oltre la ferrovia con una ripida salita asfaltata giungiamo alla frazione di Flaines, da qui in discesa su bel sentiero raggiungiamo il Castel Palù (WP 04). Oltrepassiamo il Rio di Vizze nei pressi di Prati e prendiamo il ripido sentiero che poco dopo sbuca nella strada asfaltata che seguiamo sempre in salita. Dopo circa 5 Km dalla partenza in leggere discesa arriviamo nei pressi del Castelpietra (WP 05).
Da qui prendiamo in salita il sent. 24B che in qualche occasione ci costringe a spingere la bici fino a intercettare il sent. 24 che sale ancora per circa 100 D+ per poi iniziare una divertente discesa fino a Maria Trens (WP 08). Attraversiamo la statale per mezzo di un sottopasso e l’autostrada su un cavalcavia e raggiungiamo il paese di Stilves (WP 10) da dove inizia l’ultima salita di poco meno di 3 km e 250 D+, nei pressi di un maso prendiamo il sent. 14B (abbastanza trascurato) che giunge a Pruno da dove potremo ammirare il Castel Tasso. Il rientro al punto di partenza avviene per mezzo della ciclabile.

We start from Vitipeno and after passing over the railway with a steep climb we reach the village of Flaines paved, downhill from here on beautiful trail we reach the Castel Palu (WP 04). We cross the Rio Pfitschtal near Meadows and take the steep path that comes out shortly after the paved road that we always uphill. After about 5 Km from the start we get down to read near the Castelpietra (WP 05).
From here we take the uphill sent. 24B which sometimes forces us to push the bike up to intercept sent. 24 which goes for about 100 + D and then begin a fun descent to Maria Trens (WP 08). We cross the main road through an underpass and an overpass on the highway and reach the village of Stilves (WP 10) from where he started the last climb of just under 3 miles and 250 + D, near a farm we sent the . 14B (rather neglected) that arrives in Plum where you can admire the Castel Tasso. The return to the starting point is by means of the path.
