Percorso che parterndo dall'Abbazia di Valvisciolo, porta a Norma completamente immerso in una natura incontaminata e paesaggisticamente spettacolare. I primi 10km sono interamente di sterrato, con il primo tratto dal 2° al 4° km da fare x molti tratti con la bici a spalla. Si raggiunge al 6°km l'elevazione di 650m., da dove si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato a 360° sia sui Monti Lepini che sulla Pianura Pontina. Si comincia quindi a scendere su una strada più larga ma abbastanza dissestata e con pietre smosse a trstto molto ripida che mette a dura prova sia i freni che le mani. Finita la dicesa si risale x circa un km arrivando a Norma (400m. slm), da cui su asfalto si ritorna a Valvisciolo.
