Giro ad anello che da gavenola sale al santuario di S.Cosimo e Damiano. l' itinerario parte da casa mia passando davanti al panificio cacciò ma si può accorciare partendo dal wp 001.Il percorso in salita è su carreraccia nel bosco tranne l' ultimo pezzo che diventa sentiero Attenzione al wp 002 dove il sentiero nel bosco tende a scendere voi dovete salire, la traccia non è molto evidente, poi al wp 003 che si trova nei pressi di un casolare abbandonato svolta a sx in discesa dove incomincia un tratto molto divertente che sbuca ad una chiesa, bel panorama sia mare che monti.
Da qui carreraccia veloce sino al wp 001.ATTENZIONE ci sono tracce di moto su tutto il percorso, questo giro lo faccio molte volte ad agosto e non ne ho mai incontrata una ma le tracce ci sono!!

A round trip from Gavenola that rises to the shrine of S.Cosimo and Damian. l 'route starts from my home drove past the bakery but you can shorten starting from wp 001.Il the climb is on carreraccia in the forest except the' last piece that becomes a path Attention to wp 002 where the path in the woods tends to fall you have to climb, the trail is not very obvious, then the 003 wp which is located near an abandoned house turn left downhill stretch where it begins a very funny, which goes to a church, beautiful view of the sea that is the mountains.
From here carreraccia fast until wp 001.ATTENZIONE there are traces of the bike all the way, this round I do it many times in August and I've never met her but there are traces !!
