Si parte dal Passo Croce dello Scrivano sulla SS 92, località Rifreddo di Pignola.
Da qui si sale su asfalto lungo la strada che conduce a Passo della Sellata, quasi arrivati al passo si lascia la strada asfaltata salendo una ripida salita sterrata sulla sx nel bosco che conduce ad un single track. Il single track attraversa Piano del Capriolo, sotto Monteforte, quindi si scende giù sulla sx, attraversando alcuni pascoli interrotti da filo spinato. Si giunge fino ad una fontana e subito dopo si presentano due scelte: a sx si gira verso la Fiumarella a dx verso la chiesa di Santa Lucia di Abriola. La prima alternativa impone di seguire la strada sterrata che costeggia il letto del fiume (purtroppo in cattive condizioni) con numerosi guadi e tratti a piedi, la seconda conduce alla chiesa ed è più comoda, un tratto è su asfalto.
Le strade si ricongiungo in prossimità del ponte della Fiumarella, quindi si prende a sx su asfalto sulla salita che riconduce sulla SS 92, a sx all'incrocio per tornare al punto di partenza.

It starts from the Passo Croce Clerk of the SS 92 locations Rifreddo Pignola.
From here you climb out of asphalt along the road that leads to Passo della Sellata, almost at the pace you leave the paved road going up a steep dirt road on the Left in the woods that leads to a single track. The single track through the Roe Piano, under Monteforte, then you go down on the left, crossing some meadows dotted with barbed wire. It comes down to a fountain and soon after you have two choices: left Fiumarella turns to the right towards the church of Saint Lucia Abriola. The first alternative requires to follow the dirt road that runs along the river bed (unfortunately in poor condition) with numerous river crossings and stretches on foot, the second leads to the church and it is more convenient, is a stretch of asphalt.
Roads they reunited in the vicinity of the bridge Fiumarella, then take a left onto the asphalt on the ascent that leads to the SS 92, turn left at the junction to return to the starting point.
