Breve ma divertente percorso che partendo da Nimis sale fino al paese di Monteprato. Si svolge lungo piste forestali caratterizzate da un fondo non sempre regolare e compatto e per un breve tratto, abbastanza impegnativo, lungo un sentiero. Lungo la salita, con una breve deviazione, si può visitare la chiesetta di San Giorgio (cartello con indicazioni chiesa) mentre lungo la discesa ci si può fermare ad ammirare i resti del castello di Cergneu.

Short but fun route starting from Nimis salt to the village of Monteprato. It takes place along forest tracks characterized by a fund are not always smooth and compact and for a short distance, quite challenging, along a path.
