Itinerario breve e di media difficoltà (a parte l'inizio del sentiero della Gola) che permette di raggiungere il Rifugio San Pietro, punto panoramico sulla zona dell'alto Garda situato a quota 1000. Partenza da Riva del Garda e salita verso il lago di Tenno su strade secondarie e sterrate che tagliano in più punti la strada provinciale, poi breve deviazione attraverso la Valle dei Molini per raggiungere l'abitato di Tenno. Arrivati all'abitato di Canale è possibile (sia durante la salita che durante la discesa) fare una breve deviazione per visitare il vicinissimo ed incantevole lago di Tenno.
Terminata la salita al rifugio San Pietro è necessario tornare indietro brevemente sulla strada fatta in salita e scendere poi verso Bastiani o seguendo la traccia o tramite il sentiero 406 (recentemente risistemato) che poi si percorrerà fino a tornare all'abitato di Canale. Da qui breve deviazione verso Calvola e poi discesa a Tenno attraverso il sentiero del Salt.
Nei pressi del Castello si imbocca infine il sentiero della Gola ove occorrerà prestare particolare attenzione ad un breve e ripido passaggio su gradoni rocciosi prima di immettersi sulla parte più flow del sentiero. Durante la discesa è bene seguire la traccia in modo da evitare il più possibile i tratti asfaltati e godersi il sentiero nella sua interezza.
Prima di arrivare al centro abitato prestare attenzione all'ultimo passaggio del sentiero in corrispondenza dell'imbocco sulla provinciale, pericoloso per via di una breve scalinata e con scarsa visibilità.

Itinerary short and medium difficulty (apart from the beginning of the path of the Gorge), which allows to reach the Rifugio St Peter's viewpoint on the Upper Garda area situated at an altitude of 1000 Departure from Riva del Garda and ascent to the lake Tenno on secondary roads and dirt roads that cut in several places the road, then a short detour through the Valley of the Mills to reach the village of Tenno. When you arrive to the village of Canale is possible (both during the ascent on the way down) to make a short detour to visit the nearby charming and Lake Tenno.
After the climb to the refuge San Pietro is necessary to go back briefly made on the road uphill and then down towards Bastiani or following the trail or path through the 406 (recently restored) and then proceed along until you return to the village of Canal. From here a short detour to Calvola and then down to Tenno through the path of Salt.
Near the castle finally turn into the path of the Gorge, where it will be necessary to pay particular attention to a short, steep rocky steps before passing it onto the part most of the flow path. During the descent, it is good to follow the trail in order to avoid as much as possible, the asphalt and enjoying the trail in its entirety.
Before coming to the town to pay attention to the last step of the path at the inlet to the provincial , dangerous because of a short staircase and with poor visibility.
