Si parte dal centro di Rovellasca e si pedala fino a Misinto su asfalto.
Si entra nel parco Groane in una ciclabile sterrata pianeggiante. Dopo esser passati sono un ponticello si lascia la ciclabile per un piccolo percorso off-road,dopo si rientra per proseguire per altri 2km circa.
Poi i lascia ancora la ciclabile entrando in un altro tracciato off.road per uscire ancora sulla ciclabile.
Si prosegue fino alla citta' Satellite di Solaro ,poi si prende ciclabile che costeggia canale Villoresi (molto bello).
Dopodichè vi è un altro tratto fuori pista (attenzione alle spine se vi andate d'estate) e si ritorna su un'altra ciclabile che vi portera' fuori dal parco su asfalto a Cesate.
Da li' prendete la strada normale fino a Saronno ed entrate nell'ultimo pezzo di ciclabile del parco del Lura.
Questo percorso è adatto a tutti. molto semplice e pianeggiante.

It starts from the center of Rovellasca and cycle to Misinto on asphalt.
You enter the park Groane in a flat dirt path. After passing a bridge are leaving the path for a small off-road route, after you fall to continue for about 2km.
Then still leaves the path joining another track off.road to exit along the cycle path .
Continue to the town 'Satellite of Solaro, then take path along channel Villoresi (very nice).
Then there is another section off the track (beware of the thorns if you go in summer) and returns on another path that will take you 'out of the park on asphalt Cesate.
From them' take the normal road to Saronno and enter the last piece of the path of the park Lura.
This path is suitable for everyone. very simple and plain.
