Si parte da Reggio Emilia (la traccia parte come al solito da casa mia) e si segue la strada per il classico anello di Cà del vento (vi rimando ai vecchi Roadbooks). Arrivati a località Giareto (ovvero quanto per un breve tratto la salita di Cà del Vento spiana) si giunge ad un trivio in cui bisogna andare dritto. Dopo una brevisssima ma durissima salita si arriva ad una sbarra alla cui destra inizia un single track nel bosco. Seguirlo fino a incrociare la strada bianca. Da li scendere verso Cà Bertacchi. Prima però si incontra un'altra sbarra superata la quale bisogna tenere la sinistra per scendere fini giù a Tabiano. All'incorcio con via Le Piane, tenere la destra. Dopo circa 1.1 km seguire le indicazioni per Castello Queciola. Dopo altri 1.1 km si giunge ad una giunzione a T. Tenere la sinistra e portasi su asfalto verso Viano. All'icrocio con il palazzo del comune di Viano andare diritto seguendo il sentiero spallanzani. Procedete seguendo la traccia GPS fino al castello di Viano e scendere poi sulla SP7. Prendere via Cà de Stradoni e seguire la traccia GPS fino alla SP75. Seguire nuovamente la strada GPS fino ad incontrare il sentiero CAI che corre lungo la riva destra del fiume Tresinaro. Giunti a Cà de Caroli, ritornare a Reggio Emilia passando per la strada alta di Iano, Noce e Bellarosa.

It starts from Reggio Emilia (part of the track as usual from my house) and follow the road for the classic ring Cà wind (I refer you to the old Roadbooks). Once in town Giareto (ie how much for a short stretch of the climb Cà del Vento flat) you come to a crossroads where we must go straight. After a hard climb but brevisssima you come to a bar to the right of which starts a single track in the woods. Follow it until you cross the road. From there go down to Cà Bertacchi. But first there is another barrier beyond which we must keep to the left to drop down to Tabiano purposes. All'incorcio via Le Piane, keep right. After about 1.1 km follow the signs for Castle Queciola. After another 1.1 km you will reach a T-junction take a left and portasi on asphalt towards Viano. All'icrocio with the building of the Municipality of Viano go right and follow the path spallanzani. Proceed by following the GPS track up to the castle of Viano and then descend on SP7. Take away Cà de Stradoni and follow the GPS track to SP75. Follow the road again GPS until you meet the CAI path that runs along the right bank of the river Tresinaro. Once in Cà de Caroli, return to Reggio Emilia via the high street Iano, Walnut and Bellarosa.
