E' un itinerario piuttosto impegnativo, visto che il sentiero Almsteig ci obbliga a numerosi saliscendi dalla bici per via delle molte radici e piccole ma ripide salite. Sebbene ci siano parecchi tratti in cui bisogna scendere di sella e spingere la bici, è un itinerario di grande soddisfazione per il magnifico panorama che sj ha durante tutto il percorso. Alla fine la fatica viene ripagata da una lunga e divertente discesa fino all'arrivo.
VARIANTI
• Se si è stanchi, arrivati alla Brunstalm si può scendere direttamente a Valdaora lungo la forestale e poi tornare a Monguelfo sulla ciclabile
• Arrivati al punto 06, Brunstriedl, si può scendere a Monguelfo sul sentiero 57, ripido e tecnico
CONSIGLI
L'Almsteig è un sentiero con molti tratti non ciclabili e molto sconnesso, affrontarlo solo con calzature adeguate (trekking)

It 'a route quite challenging, as the path Almsteig obliges us to many ups and downs from the bike because of the many roots and small but steep climbs. Although there are several sections where you have to dismount and push the bike, it is a journey of great satisfaction to the magnificent landscape that sj has throughout the journey. At the end of the effort is rewarded by a long and fun descent to the finish.
VARIATIONS
• If you are tired, come to Brunstalm you can go directly to Valdaora along the forest and then return to the path Monguelfo < br> • In item 06, Brunstriedl, you can go down to 57 Monguelfo on the path, steep and technical
TIPS
Almsteig is a path with many features and not very bumpy trails, deal only with appropriate footwear ( trekking)
