Il percorso della IV Granfondo Pontremoli Bike, gara in mtb di 42 km e 1600 m di dislivello con partenza da Pontremoli (Piazza Italia)
e ritorno sempre a Pontremoli (Piazza Italia) che si svolgerà Domenica 7 Agosto 2011.
Il percorso si sviluppa su sentieri, mulattiere e single track dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, versante della Lunigiana, lingua di terra incastonata tra Toscana, Emilia e Liguria.
Il percorso offre una grande varietà: salite pedalabili su strade bianche
, salite impegnative, sentieri attraverso prati di montagna, discese tecniche e la famigerata "Via Crucis" che porta all'abitato dia Arzengio con pendenze fino al 30%.(guarda la discesa:)

and always return to Pontremoli (Italy Square) that will take place on Sunday, 7 August 2011
The course is spread over footpaths, bridleways and single track of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the slope of the Lunigiana, strip of land wedged between Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia.
The course offers a great variety: ridable climbs on dirt roads
, climbs, trails through mountain meadows, technical descents and the infamous "Via Crucis" which leads to the dia Arzengio with gradients of up to 30%. (see the descent :)
