Itinerario molto impegnativo alla scoperta della parte alta della splendida val Casies e di alcuni tratti del sentiero che corre a 2000 m . di quota collegando varie malghe della valle. Il sentiero è molto panoramico ma non completamente ciclabile, obbligando il biker ad alcuni tratti a piedi.
VARIANTI
L'ultimo tratto di discesa asfaltata dalla forcella di Casies si può evitare prendendo la forestale a sx del torrente
CONSIGLI
Attenzione agli escursionisti sul Almweg 2000, evitare possibilmente le giornate di alta stagione. Eventualmente il giro si può dividere in due giorni diversi con sosta al rifugio Fondovalle.

Very challenging route to the discovery of the upper part of the beautiful valley Casies and some sections of the trail that runs to 2000 m. share of connecting various huts in the valley. The trail is very scenic but not completely lane, forcing cyclists to some walking involved.
VARIATIONS
The last part of the descent from the fork of the paved Casies you can avoid taking the forest to the left of the stream
TIPS
Warning to hikers on Almweg 2000 possibly avoid the days of high season. Hopefully the ride can be divided in two different days with a stop at the refuge Fondovalle.
