partenza e arrivo a Spotorno, piazza Napoleone. quindi Magnone, rocche Bianche, foresta e Colla San Giacomo. sempre in salita, fino ad imbroccare discese non sempre ben tracciate che ci conducono a Finale. Attraversata la città, si risale verso le manie. Per chi ne "ha ancora" è possibile girare nei fantastici sentieri delle Manie. noi siamo scesi a Noli per poi tornare a Spotorno.
