La bellezza di questa gita consiste nel panorama sull'entroterra e sul mare della Sicilia che si goda da questo santuario, uno dei piu' alti di Europa. Si parte da Castellana e segue le numerose indicazioni. Lo stato della strada rende la salita faticosa nonostante la pendenza contenuta.

Classic route from Castellana Sicula on a dirt road. The beauty of this trip is to view inland and on the coast of Sicily that you enjoy this sanctuary, one of the most 'high in Europe. It starts from Castellana and follow the numerous signs. The state of the road makes the ascent tiring despite the slope contained.
