Itinerario che percorre alcuni sentieri della foresta di Sénart, a sud di Parigi, percorso seguendo le indicazioni tratte da un sito di tracce per mtb francese (Utagawa VTT).
Da non aspettarsi da tale giro grandi scariche adrenaliniche, si tratta di una quarantina di km piuttosto piani e facilmente pedalabili. Alcune single track nel sottobosco, tutti in piano o in lievissima discesa, non tecnici. Alcuni rettilinei appaiono infiniti e sono piuttosto sfiancanti, secondo me. Attenzione ad alcuni incroci, al massimo si salta una parte di percorso.
Si possono incontrare scoiattoli, daini (o qualcosa del genere, mi parevano mentre scappavano), ed anche corvacci neri e...diciamo...donne che contrattano (rigate dritto, mi raccomando).

Do not expect from such a big adrenalin rushes around, it is a forty miles and plans rather easily ridable. Some single track through the undergrowth, all in flat or slight downhill, not technical. Some straights seem endless and are quite exhausting, I think. Attention to some intersections, the maximum you miss a part of the journey.
You may encounter squirrels, deer (or something like that, seemed to me as they ran), and even crows blacks and ... let's say ... women who contract (rifled straight, I recommend).
