Dal bellissimo libro di Paolo Sortino "Mountain bike sui monti del Friuli"ecco la traccia del giro sul monte Matajur.Stupendo itinerario che appaga sia in salita,per il paesaggio stupendo,che in discesa,per il divertentissimo sentiero cai736.
Dal paese di Cepletischis si scende per un breve tratto in direzione del vecchio confine Sloveno seguendo le indicazioni per Avsa per poi iniziare la salita di circa 14km,ma mai troppo impegnativa.Arrivati quasi al termine della salita rintriamo in Italia attraversando un cancelletto verde,da li dopo circa 400m sulla sinistra incontriamo l'attacco del sentiero 736 segnalato con il classico cartello rosso/bianco,e iniziamo la divertente discesa,nei vari bivi basta seguire le indicazioni cai per il sentiero che riporta a Cepletischis.

Since country Cepletischis descend for a short distance in the direction of the old Slovenian border following the signs for Avsa and then begin the climb of about 14km, but never too impegnativa.Arrivati ??almost at the end of the climb rintriamo in Italy through a green gate, from there after about 400m on the left we find the attack path 736 indicated by the classic sign red / white, and begin the fun descent in the various junctions cai just follow the signs to the trail that leads back to Cepletischis.
