Si tratta di un giro di livello medio-facile nel Parco di Frasassi.
Il giro è suddiviso in 2 salite e altrettante 2 discese, le salite si svolgono prettamente su strada bianca e asfalto, solamente l'ultimo tratto che va da Vallemania alla sella da dove inizia la seconda discesa è su sentiero (anche impegnativo, per fondo e pendenze).
Le 2 discese, la prima è quella del Predicatore che parte da sopra il Casale Marcellini e porta al lago Fossi, si tratta di una discesa molto bella e veloce e non particolarmente difficile, si svolge tutta all'interno di una pineta.
La seconda parte dalla sella sopra Cerqueto e finisce in zona Palombare, la prima parte della discesa è molto bella e veloce, si attraversa anche in questo caso una pineta fino ad arrivare al paesino di Cerqueto. Le cose cambiano nel secondo tratto, adesso si scende su single track, il fondo presenta tratti di ogni genere, dal sottobosco a ghiaioni e presenta 6 tornantini stretti.
Il sentiero è stretto e nei tratti in cui si attraversano i ghiaioni e tornantini è bene avere una buona padronanza del mezzo o scendere dalla bici se insicuri.
Il rientro si effettua sulla strada dismessa della gola a bordo fiume, veramente splendido il paesaggio in questa fase.
Per chi: per tutti anche per i novizi solo se muniti di una bici adatta e accompagnati da un apripista di esperienza.

It is a matter of easy to medium level in Frasassi Park.
The tour is divided into 2 many 2 climbs and descents, climbs take place purely on asphalt and dirt road, only the last stretch from Vallemani the saddle from where the descent is on the second path (even challenging for the bottom and slopes).
The 2 descents, the first is that of the preacher starts from above the Casale Marcellini and leads to the lake Fossi, it is down a very nice and quick and not particularly difficult, unfolds in a pine forest.
The second part of the saddle above Cerqueto and ends in Palombare area, the first part of the descent is very nice and fast , cross even in this case a pine forest until you reach the village of Cerqueto. Things change in the second section, now go down the single track, the fund has traits of all kinds, from the undergrowth in scree and presents 6 tight hairpins.
The path is narrow and stretches where you cross the scree and hairpins it is good to have a good mastery of the medium or off the bike if unsure.
The return shall be on the road to board the abandoned river gorge, really beautiful scenery in this phase.
