Ecco un percorso di vero All.montain da fare in compagnia o in solitaria ...
Partenza sempre nel centro del paese e ci si mette in condizioni di pedalare fino al Gherfo sopra a Carsegli.. paesi mezzi dimenticati ma offrono pace e campagna pura...
la salita inizia in direzione Pentema ma al bivio si svolta a sx e sale fino al paese incrociando muli capre e qualche cane, arrivati al Gherfo il panorama è sempre da cartolina e prendiamo la discesa per Crosi e si passa nelle case dove abita un ragazzo-eremita. lasciamo Crosi alle spalle e seguiamo il sentiero con segnavia due quadrati gialli fino ad arrivare alla cappelletta del monte Banca.. il sentiero è molto curato, anche d'estate piena si percorre all'ombra...
arrivati al monte Banca si prosegue verso l'agriturismo e affrontiamo una discesa medio facile diritti fino a Montoggio discesa veloce la prima parte e poi un tracciato nuovo... e la parte finale molto impegnativa di rocce e pietre...
