Classica uscita per allenamento. Da Teramo si percorre su asfalto l' SP Bosco Martese, a Torricella dopo la pompa di benzina si gira a DX per poi scendere verso le "Rampe". Finite le rampe si riprende la provinciale e la si percorre fino ad incontrare una casa sulla destra , ex casa cantoniera. Qui comincia lo sterrato che ci porta fino ad incontrare la SP 68. Scendendo sulla sinistra si incontra una carrareccia che costeggia la collina. Arrivati sulla SS80 si prosegue direzione Teramo.

Classical output per workout. From Teramo go along on the asphalt 'SP Bosco Martese, in Torricella after the petrol station, turn RIGHT and down to the "ramps". Finite ramps resumes provincial and follow it until you reach a house on the right, the former keeper's cottage. Here begins the dirt road that leads up to meet the SP 68 down on the left you will see a track that runs along the hill. Once on the SS80 continue towards Teramo.
