Giretto dietro casa, per andare a prendere la discesa del confinale dal Bisbino nel modo più breve possibile.
Si parte da Maslianico alta e ci si dirige verso il cimitero, quindi valico pedonale di Rongiana.
Si esce alla chiesa di Vacallo, qui si tiene la destra e si prende in salita la via Bisbino.
Si arriva a una sbarra e da qui inizia una salita in parte sterrata e in parte asfalto che ci porta (con pendenze notevoli!) a Sagno. Si prosegue su sterrato per arrivare alla parte alta del paese; prendere a sinistra e poi a destra in salita verso la carrareccia che ci porta alla vetta. Questo tratto è dapprima ben pedalabile, ma dopo il secondo tornante a destra diventa davvero impegnativo.
All'uscita del bosco si arriva all'incrocio con il sentiero che scende verso Croce dell'Uomo (sulla destra, cartello giallo).
Sul dosso davanti a noi c'è l'Alpe Merlo, fattoria da cui si possono acquistare degli ottimi formaggini.
La disecsa è un bel single track roccioso (ma non smosso), con qualche breve strappo in salita e alcuni scalini nella parte finale. A tratti impegnativo, presenta anche qualche bivio sulla destra che riporta a Sagno. In particolare, quello alle tre croci scende su una mulattiera veloce e divertente.
Il sentiero che segue la traccia è corredata da numerose "decorazioni" e cartelli...impossibile sbagliare strada.
Arrivati alla chiesetta in località Croce dell'Uomo, si tiene la destra e si percorre la mulattiera che ci porta all'asfalto. Da qui, con qualche taglio su mulattiere secondarie si rientra a Maslianico.

Ride back home, to fetch the descent of the Confinale Bisbino as short as possible.
It starts from Maslianico high and we head towards the cemetery, then crossing pedestrian Rongiana.
Comes to the church of Vacallo, here, keep right and take the road uphill Bisbino.
You get to a bar and from here begins a climb partly gravel and partly asphalt that leads us (with significant slopes!) to Sagno. Continue on the dirt road to get to the top of the country; take a left and then right uphill to the track that leads to the summit. This stretch is an easy road at first, but after the second bend to the right it becomes really challenging.
Exiting the woods, you arrive at the junction with the trail that descends to cross the Man (on the right, yellow). < br> On the back in front of us there is the Alpe Merlo farm where you can buy some good cheese.
disecsa is a nice single track rocky (but not stirred) with a few short climb uphill and some steps at the end. At times challenging, it also presents some fork on the right that takes you back to Sagno. In particular, one of the three crosses on a mule track descends fast and fun.
The path that follows the track is accompanied by a number of "decorations" and road signs ... can not go wrong.
Arrived at the church in the village of Cross 'Man, you hold the right and follow the trail that leads to the asphalt. From here, with some cut on mule secondary falls in Maslianico.
