Il percorso parte da Foligno e sale fino al Monte Faeto che domina la valle del Topino sopra il Castello di giove nei pressi di Nocera Umbra. Il percorso sale di quota da Foligno raggiungendo prima il Monte di Pale, via Acquabianca, per poi proseguire via Sostino verso i piani Ricciano. Qui il paesaggio è spettacolare. Si prosegue attraversando il piccolo paese Fondi in direzione Carié. Appena prima di Carié svoltare a sinistra e si ricomincia a salice con decisione, il fondo è un sconnesso ma poi prosegue con uno sterrato ben compatto e con una salita più agevole. Da qui più si prosegue ed il paesaggio è sempre più spettacolare, alla destra i territori marchigiani a sinistra in lontanaza il Monte Subasio. Ormai siamo ai fianchi del Monte Faeto che si aggira in parte per poi aggredirlo da nord est con un ultima salita strappacuore (breve) ma che sarà di fatto l'ultima importante. Qui i prati invitano ad una pausa di contemplazione prima di affrontare la lunga discesa ed il rientro verso casa. Si scende su sterrato a Giove e da qui con continui saliscendi a mezza costa si percorre la valle del Topino in direzione Foligno. Si passa per Sasso, Pieve Fanonica, Ponte Centesimo, Vescia ed infine San giovanni Profiamma siamo ormai di nuovo a Foligno.
Il giro è stato fatto il 12 marzo 2011 con Tassellone e (in parte) con Lucapoliziotto.
Ogni periodo dell'anno è ok purché sia assente neve sulle cime.

The route starts from Foligno and climb up to Mount Faeto overlooking the valley of the Sand Martin over the Castle of Jupiter near Nocera Umbra. The route climbs to an altitude of Foligno before reaching the Mount of Pale, via Acquabianca, then continue via Sostino plans to Ricciano. The landscape here is spectacular. Continue through the small village funds towards decay. Just prior to tooth decay, turn left and you start to willow with the decision, but the bottom is a bumpy dirt road then continues with a very compact and with a climb easier. From here it continues more and more spectacular the scenery is always to the right of the territories of the Marche on the left in the distance Mount Subasio. Now we are at the slopes of Mount Faeto who wanders in part to then attack him from the north east with a heartbreaking last climb (short) but that will in fact be the last major. Here the meadows invite you to pause for contemplation before tackling the long descent and return home. You go down the dirt road from here to Jupiter and with ups and downs in the mid-slope along the valley of Sand Martin in direction Foligno. After passing Sasso, Pieve Fanon, Penny Bridge, and finally Vescia San giovanni Profiamma we are now back to Foligno.

Any time of year is ok as long as it is absent snow on the peaks.
