partendo da Gorghetto, si tiene la direzione S.Pietro, verso le piscine, poi x stradina po frequentata si arriva a S. Prospero, si attraversa la SS12 e si va verso ponte motta, possibilità di seguire sia la strada che lo sterrato in campagna, arrivati, si passa x Cavezzo (attenzione che alla domenica è trafficata perchè c'è il mercato) si tiene la strada x San Giacomo Roncole, ma al bivvio seguiremo Medolla da qui un piccolo cavalcavia. Passato il centro di Medolla andremo a prendere la nuova ciclabile che va verso San Felice, attraversiamo il paese, e passiamo il cavalcavia, giriamo a destra passando a fianco ai vigili del fuoco e teniamo la strada che diventerà uno strada bianca, fino a Dogaro passandolo, poi andiamo verso Cadecoppi fino al cimitero dove attraverseremo la strada prov. Panaria Bassa, per passare a fianco della chiesetta dove sarà possibile salire sull'argine del Panaro, da qui la direzione a destra verso Camposanto che vedremo dall'alto dell'argine, proseguendo dritti fino a Solara. da qui lasciamo l'argine per la ciclabile che ci condurrà di nuovo verso Gorghetto (punto di partenza). Giro facile e pianeggiante, strade asfaltate poco frequentate, strade bianche o argine battuto. Km 45, percorso semplice adatto a tutti, soprattutto per chi è alle prime pedalate.
