E' un itinerario non lungo, ma piuttosto impegnativo, sia per la ripida salita al rifugio Sasso Piatto, sia per il sentiero dopo il rifugio Alpe di Tires, che prevede tratti in cui è necessario portare la bici in spalla e anche per la ripida e tecnica discesa da affrontare dopo il rifugio Bolzano. In questo tratto si passa lungo il Prügelweg nella fantastica gola di Tires I panorami dolomitici sono da favola. Per salire all'alpe di Siusi si sfrutta la comoda cabinovia che parte da Siusi, in modo da evitare un tratto di salita asfaltata.
VARIANTI
• Da Saltria si può salire direttamente al rifugio Dialer
• I più allenati potranno non prendere la cabinovia e salire lungo la strada asfaltata (senza traffico motorizzato dopo le ore 9.00)
CONSIGLI
Attenzione: la discesa lungo il Prügelweg presenta tratti tecnici e ripidi ma anche spettacolari.
Il sentiero dal laghetto di Fiè a Siusi è molto frequentato da escursionisti: dare sempre la precedenza.

• The most fit can not take the cable car and climb along the paved road (no motorized traffic after 9.00)
TIPS
Warning: the descent along the Prügelweg presents technical sections and steep but spectacular.
The path from Fie pond in Siusi is very popular with walkers: always give precedence.
