Bell'itinerario alla scoperta di una delle valli laterali delle Valtellina e dei suoi dintorni.
Dopo una lunga salita su strada asfaltata immersa fra meleti e boschi di castagno ci si inoltra lungo una splendida sterrata poco frequqntata nel cuore della Val Fontana fino a guadarne il torrente che la percorre per portarsi sull'altra sponda della valle.
Da qui un divertente sentiero ci porta verso il borgo di Ponte in Valtellina da dove tra sterrate, mulattiere e divertenti sentieri si raggiunge Tresivio e la panoramica rupe del Calvario, con vista mozzafiato sulla media Valtellina.
Si prosegue su una mulattiera tra le vigne ci riporta nel fondovalle dove su sentieri, strade sterrate e piste ciclabili si torna a Sondrio.

Lovely itinerary to the discovery of one of the side valleys of Valtellina and its surroundings.
After a long climb on a paved road nestled among apple orchards and chestnut woods you forward along a beautiful little dirt frequqntata in the heart of Fountain Valley until guadarne the creek that runs through it to move to the other side of the valley.
From here a fun trail leads us towards the village of Ponte in Valtellina where between dirt roads, mule tracks and paths to reach Tresinwen fun and scenic rock of Calvary , with breathtaking views of the media Valtellina.
You continue on a trail through the vineyards brings us back to the valley floor where on trails, dirt roads and bike paths back to Sondrio.
