Si parte da Torreglia, per scaldare un pò la gamba, circa 6 km. e poi l'inizio della salita che da Treponti di Teolo, porta alla casa di cura "Parco dei Tigli".
Ai piedi del monte si fanno circa 2,6 Km. di asfalto per 150 mt. di dislivello, per poi arrivare sullo sterrato.
Da qui inizia la salita più dura del percorso e quella che tutti gli amanti della zona temono, il Grande appunto (3 Km. per 320 mt.).
La discesa ci porta nell'altro versante per poi deviare per il Vietnam, bel single track in alcuni punti impegnativo e pericoloso, consiglio di scendere su un paio di passaggi.
La discesa ci porta poi nell'abitato di Teolo, per poi continuare su un'altra bella salitina (loc. Rocca Pendice) 350 mt, in 4 km.

Su asfalto e bella discesina fino ad entrare sul territorio di Torreglia, qui noi abbiamo deviato verso la partenza, ma volendo di può affrontare un altro piccolo strappetto di 150mt.per arrivare al Roccolo.
Giretto di media difficoltà, che riserva salite di prestigio.
