La Valle Sacrestia è un selvaggio imbuto situato tra la Vaccareccia e la Cima della Laghetta. Durante lo scioglimento delle nevi è solcata da numerosi torrenti che, scendendo verso valle, scavano la roccia arenaria e confluiscono nel Fosso dell’Acero. Non esistono sentieri o evidenti tracce animali. La via di discesa è lasciata alla libera determinazione del biker che si trova ad optare tra il mantenersi alto cavalcando i crinali erbosi oppure (se le condizioni lo permettono) sprofondare in basso e scendere sul letto asciutto dei torrenti. Da Cesacastina saliamo in direzione Cento Fonti quando arrivati nella zona dei Vercereti, in corrispondenza di una sbarra di ferro prendiamo a sx continuando a pedalare fino alla Sorgente Mercurio. In circa un’ora e mezza si risalgono in portage le Cento Fonti raggiungendo l’estrema cresta della Laga. Cavalcando il crinale, affacciati sui fossi di Ortanzia e Malopasso arriviamo in vetta alla Cima della Laghetta. Ci si avventura così nella selvaggia Valle Sacrestia, fatta di verdi praterie intervallate da giganteschi solchi di arenaria che in alcuni punti presentano pericolosi salti di roccia. Si torna nelle vicinanze della Sorgente Mercurio, ove insiste un capanno di ferro e si imbocca il bel sentiero n.354 che precipita nel Fosso dell’Acero. Il trail, tecnico e divertente ma non senza qualche punto esposto intercetta per un breve tratto la sterrata proveniente dalla Sella Laga per poi sbucare più a valle in prossimità di un ponticello in ferro. Ripresa la carrareccia la si abbandona dopo qualche centinaio di metri per lanciarsi nell’ultima veloce discesa culminante alla piccola chiesa di Santa Maria Maddalena a due passi dall’abitato di Cesacastina.

Valley Sacristy is a wild Vaccareccia located between the funnel and the Top of Laghetta. During snowmelt is crossed by numerous streams, descending into the valley, dig sandstone and flow into the Fosso dell'Acero. There are no obvious paths or animal tracks. The descent route is left to the discretion of the rider which is to opt to remain among the top riding the grassy ridges or (if conditions permit) to sink down and get off on the dry bed of the streams. From Cesacastina climb towards Hundred sources when arrived in the area of ??Vercereti, in correspondence with an iron bar on the left we continued to pedal up to the Source Mercury. In about an hour and a half, you go back in the portage Hundred sources reaching the extreme crest of Laga. Riding on the ridge that overlooks the ditches and Ortanzia Malopasso we arrive at the top of the Top of Laghetta. You venture into the wild so Sacristy Valley, made of green meadows interspersed with huge ruts sandstone which in some places are dangerous rock jumps. We return in the vicinity of Mercury Source, insists a shed where iron and take the beautiful path 354 which falls into the Fosso dell'Acero. The trail, technical and entertaining but not without some point intercepts exposed for a short distance the dirt coming from the Saddle Laga then emerge more downstream in the vicinity of an iron bridge. Shooting the cart is abandoned after a few hundred meters to launch the final fast descent culminating in the little church of Santa Maria Maddalena a stone's throw from the town of Cesacastina.
