Itinerario divertente e non troppo impegnativo sia in salita che in discesa eccetto due tratti molto sconnessi e con qualche gradino roccioso che però sono di breve durata.
La salita è mista in parte su asfalto e in parte su mulattiere sterrate ma con fondo buono.
Abbiamo evitato volutamente la salita a Poggio Pratone per fare un itinerario alla portata di molti con impegno fisico limitato.
Il sentiero da San Clemente a Compiobbi è molto divertente e vario.
La parte finale della discesa passa all'interno del parco di villa le Falle toccando la Torre Tonda e la torre Quadra, e i resti delle costruzioni che si trovano all'interno del bizzarro parco ormai in gran parte abbandonato.
Da Compiobbi rientro su asfalto prima e poi ciclabile lungo l'Arno.
Da consigliare per la scoperta di luoghi insoliti a due passi da Firenze.

Itinerary fun and not too challenging both uphill and downhill sections except two very rough and rocky with a few steps, however, are of short duration.
The climb is mixed in part on asphalt and dirt partly on mule but with good bottom .
We have deliberately avoided the climb in Poggio Pratone to make an itinerary to reach for many with physical effort.
The path from San Clemente to Compiobbi is very fun and varied.
The final part of the descent passes in the park of the villa Falle touching the Round Tower and the tower Quadra, and the remains of the buildings that are located within the park bizarre now largely abandoned.
From Compiobbi return on asphalt path along first and then the Arno.
Recommended for the discovery of unusual places a stone's throw from Florence.
