Percorso vario tra salite abbastanza impegnative, sentieri in bosco ed un bel single track tecnico.
Il percorso parte dalla zona bassa di Terracina, piu' precisamente dalla stazione dei pulman. Chi viene in treno puo' partire direttamente dalla stazione ferroviaria.
Dopo aver raggiunto il centro storico ci si inerpica per Via della Ciana su una strada comoda e molto panoramica. In meno di 5 km siamo a quota 300m.
Finita la salita inizia un sali e scendi: il primo tratto e' su strada asfaltata che presto diventa sterrata.
Il sentiero in bosco comincia dopo circa un km di sterrato, il sentiero va in salita e sebbene sia indicato dai dischi di vernice rossa e bianca questi non sono facilmente individuabili dalla strada, quindi occhio alla traccia!
Questo sentiero e' diviso in due meta' separate dal punto in cui questo incrocia la linea del metanodotto. Nella prima meta' mettete in conto di poggiare i piedi a terra soprattutto li' dove il sentiero esce dal bosco. Nella seconda meta' il sentiero si allarga, e' tutto in bosco e termina a ridosso di un grosso prato. Siamo all'incirca a quota 500m.
Dal sentiero si passa ad una sterrata che termina sulla strada asfaltata. Andando a destra, dopo 200 metri, troviamo la fonte di Santo Stefano. Possiamo cogliere l'occasione per riempire la borraccia. La strada continua fino a raggiungere Monte Pilucco dove, in prossimita' delle antenne, si puo' godere della vista del lago di Fondi e zone limitrofe.
Il percorso continua in discesa fino ad incrociare la strada per Campo Soriano, si prende quest'ultima a destra e si prosegue fino all'altezza del grosso monolite. Si prende la strada sulla sinistra e dopo qualche pedalata si gira a destra su via del cavallo bianco.
Questa strada diventa presto una sterrata, dopo il secondo tornante in salita fare attenzione ad un'altra sterrata in discesa chiusa da un cancello di facile apertura. Si prosegue per questa strada che poco dopo viene interrotta da un altro cancello anche questo facilmente superabile.
Siamo nei pressi di una vecchia abitazione abbandonata, da qui' parte il single track abbastanza impegnativo. Questo termina in una sterrata in pessime condizione che dopo 200-300 metri finisce a ridosso di una recinzione. Niente paura, ora basta andare a destra seguendo il sentiero che circonda la recinzione. Dopo aver superato un altro cancelletto si incrocia una strada sterrata seguendo la quale si raggiunge facilmente la localita' La Fiora.
Il ritorno a Terracina e' su asfalto su una strada poco trafficata parallela alla ferrovia. L'ultimo pezzo prima della stazione ferroviaria e' sull'Appia Antica.

Varied route between climbs quite challenging trails in the woods and a nice technical single track.
The route starts from the lower area of ??Terracina, more 'precisely from the bus station. Those traveling by train can 'start directly from the train station.
After reaching the city center you can clamber up Via della Ciana on a convenient road and very scenic. In less than 5 kilometers we are at 300m.
After the climb begins an up and down: the first part and 'on the paved road that quickly becomes a dirt road.
The trail begins in the forest after about a mile of dirt road, the path goes uphill and although it is indicated by the records of red and white paint these are not easy to spot from the road, so watch the track!
This route is 'divided into two halves' separate from the point where this crosses the line of the pipeline. In the first half 'put in mind of resting your feet on the floor above them' where the trail leaves the woods. In the second half 'the path widens, and' everything in the forest and ends near a large meadow. We are at an altitude of approximately 500m.
From the path you switch to a dirt road that ends at the paved road. Going to the right, after 200 meters, we find the source of Santo Stefano. We can take the opportunity to fill the bottle. The road continues until it reaches Monte picked at where, in the vicinity 'of the antennas, you can' enjoy the view of Lake Funds and surrounding areas.
The path continues downhill until you cross the road to Campo Soriano, you take it to the right and continue up to the height of the big monolith. Take the road on the left and after a few pedal turns to the right of way of the white horse.
This road soon becomes a dirt road, after the second bend uphill to pay attention to another dirt downhill closed a gate for easy opening. Continue on this road shortly after that is interrupted by another gate too easily overcome.
We are near an old abandoned house, hence 'part of the single track challenging enough. This ends in a dirt road in very poor condition that ends after 200-300 meters behind a fence. Do not worry, now just go right and follow the path around the fence. After passing through another gate you cross a dirt road, following which you can easily reach the locality 'La Fiora.
Return to Terracina and' on asphalt on a quiet road parallel to the railway. The last piece before the railway station and 'Appia Antica.
