da vicino artimino si prende per santomato poi si sale subito in sterrato per 8 km 700 mt dislivello arrivati ad una casa diroccata in mezzo al bosco prendere a sx da lì discesa lunga e divertente si arriva all'asfalto si prende a sx e pietraia si risale in bici e giu ancora in discesa fino a ritornare al punto di partenza
