Si tratta di un itinerario non molto lungo ma veramente impegnativo, dedicato a bikers esperti. Si parte dallla stazione di Merano e si sale verso Tirolo per sentieri alternativi, anche con tratti a spinta, poi fino ai masi della Muta per la impegnativa forestale. Arrivati ai masi si gode di un fantastico panorama su Merano e la valle dell'adige e ci si può ristorare. La discesa parte dopo l'ultimo maso, alla fine della strada attraversando un pollaio, ed è subito molto impegnativa con passaggi su roccia, poi continua su sentiero lastricato ripido nel bosco. Dopo il farmerkreuz, il sentiero continua ripido e con tornanti stretti e scalinate, che costringeranno i meno abituati a scendere dalla bici più volte. It is a journey not very long but really challenging, dedicated to expert bikers. It starts dallla Merano Station and climbs to Tyrol for alternative paths, even strokes to push, then up to the farms of the suit challenging the forest. Arriving at farms you can enjoy a fantastic view over Merano and the valley dell'adige and you can restore. The downhill part after the last farm at the end of the road through a chicken coop, and it is now very busy with steps on the rock, then continue on a steep paved path in the woods. After Farmerkreuz, the trail continues steep and tight switchbacks and stairways, which oblige less used to get off the bike several times.
