Il Monte delle Tre Croci fa parte del gruppo dei Monti Gemelli ed è la cima più meridionale, a ridosso della città di Teramo.
L'itinerario proposto è consigliato in periodi non caldi, essendo esposto a sud. Offre grandi panorami verso i monti della Laga e il Gran Sasso. Di lunghezza e difficoltà non eccessivi, si svolge quasi esculsivamente su stradine e mulattiere, consente numerose varianti per allungare o accorciare il giro.
Attenzione perché in alcuni periodi dell'anno la zona è frequentata da greggi con relativi cani e tafani.

The Hill of Three Crosses is part of the Twin Mountains and is the highest peak south, near the town of Teramo.
The proposed route is not recommended in warm periods, being exposed to the south. It offers great views towards the mountains of the Gran Sasso and Laga. Not excessive in length and difficulty, takes place almost the baseline on roads and trails, allows many variations to lengthen or shorten the ride.
Careful because in some periods of the year the area is frequented by flocks with their dogs and horseflies. < br>
