L'intinerario parte da piazza Pallavicini a Genova Rivarolo e nella prima parte segue la strada asfaltata via alla fornace del Garbo fino ad arrivare alla omonima chiesa. Da li, tenendo la destra prendiamo una creuza che ci porta ad uno sterrato che sfocia in via ai priani di fregoso che seguima per circa 1 km dopo di che prendiamo il sentiero sulla destra seganto con una freccia ed un P rosa. Incominciamo a salire con un sentiero a sterrato a tornarni fino a raggiungere un cancello che sbuca in via del Peralto ( tenendo invece la sinistra si raggiungono i vari forti ma il sentiero è malandato per le forti piogge). Scendendo lungo via del Peralto, prima di raggiungere il piazzale con la H per l'eliporto prendiamo a sinistra lungo via dell'acquedotto che percorriamo interamente fino a raggiungere l'asfalto in via al forte Diamante. Scendiamo lungo la strada asfaltata tenedo sempre la sinistra fino a raggiungere via alla chiesa di Geminiano dove terremo la destra seguendo una strata attualmente interrotta ma percorribile in mtb (san lorenzo di casanova). dopo pochi chilometri arriviamo, scendendo una classica mattonata alla chiesa di Begato per ridiscendere al punto di partenza senguento la strada principale.
Bel giro panoramico di media difficoltà solo per brevi tratti di salita in sterrato.

The adventurous route starts from the square in Genoa Rivarolo Pallavicini and the first part follows the paved road to the furnace via del Garbo up to the homonymous church. From there, holding the right take a creuza which leads us to a dirt road that leads to the path of Cipriani Fregoso that seguima for about 1 km after which we take the path on the right seganto with an arrow and a P rose. We begin to climb a trail along a dirt road in tornarni until you reach a gate that comes out in the way Peralto (instead of taking the left you reach the various strong but the trail is run down by heavy rains). Walking down the street Peralto, before reaching the square with the H to the heliport we turn left along the aqueduct that we walk away entirely until you reach the asphalt road to the fort Diamante. We descend along the paved road Tenedos the left until you reach via the church where Geminianus keep right following a strata currently broken but passable by mountain bike (san lorenzo of casanova). After a few kilometers we arrive, dropping a classic mattonata the church of Begato back down to the starting point senguento the main road.
