Itinerario lungo e faticoso ma molto remunerativo.
Si parte su asfalto fino a Nerito.Prima di procedere è bene rifornirsi d'acqua.
La carrareccia è evidente ma ci sono diversi bivi, con il GPS non avete problemi.
Il percorso è quasi sempre sottobosco,
periodo consigliato estate-autunno.
Si arriva a Prato Selva, sosta tecnica per riempire le borracce.
Procedere lungo la sterrata prima nel bosco, poi sui campi da sci e ancora nel bosco fino a toccare quota 1800
. Il panorama è superbo, al centro della valle circondato da cavalli allo stato brado c'e il Rifugio Del Monte
. Si scende su sterrato fino ad Intermesoli , poi su asfalto fino al punto di partenza.
