Partenza da Ceriale, passaggio da Toirano fino al Giogo di Toirano, 19 km di salita asfaltata.
Al colle si imbocca sulla sx la AV dei monti liguri (sentiero bianco/rosso).
Bellissimo sentiero in mezzo ai boschi con poca salita e discesa a tratti tecnica fino a passo Scravaion. Dopo due Km su asfalto verso Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena, prendere su un tornante a sx sentiero direzione Ceriale. Si arriva facilmente in discesa fino a Balestrino a da qui si rientra velocemente a Toirano poi Ceriale.
A Balestrino possibile alternativa tra ulivi prendendo la strada verso il cimitero.
