l'itinerario parte da Magnasco (Ge), raggiungendo su asfalto il Lago delle Lame.
Da qui non vedremo + l'asfalto in quanto il giro si svolge tutto su sterrate e su splendidi single trails.
Si sale facilmente su sterrata (attenzione c'è un bellissimo taglio su sentiero a dx) sino al Passo della Spingarda. Da li la strada scende verso re di coppe; (fate attenzione ai canali di scolo ed alla ghiaia!!) x raggiungere il versante nord del monte Aiona (Passo del Cirighetto) dove su sentiero stretto e un pò esposto ci riportiamo su bellissimi single trails sul versante del lago delle Lame.
Sinora da un punto di vista tecnico il giro lo definirei facile, molto scorrevole, quasi xc.
La discesa sul lago delle Lame invece è completamente l'opposto, gradoni, sassi smossi, radici ke vi faranno apprezzare bikes con escursioni generose e le protezioni.
Una volta raggiunto il Lago la musica non cambia; scendiamo sino alle auto lasciate a Magnasco su difficili sentieri che tagliano la strada asfaltata fatta all'andata.
Nel complesso un bel giro che alterna sentieri nelle splendide faggete a sterrate da dove, nelle giornate limpide, è possibile vedere il mare.
E' un giro dai due volti:
x 3/4 da uno punto di vista tecnico molto semplice.
x 1/4 difficile e riservato a bikers dotati di buona tecnica e di bikes con escursioni generose (il rischio è quello di farselo tutto a piedi).

The route starts from Magnasco (Ge), reaching on asphalt Lago delle Lame.
From here we will not see + the asphalt as the tour takes place all on dirt roads and single trails on beautiful.
salt easily on a dirt road (be careful there is a beautiful cut on the path to the right) until the Passo della Spingarda. From there the road descends towards king of hearts; (Beware of the drains and the gravel !!) x reach the north side of the mountain Aiona (Pass Cirighetto) where on the narrow path and a little exposed us back on beautiful single trails on the side of the lake of the Blades.
So far, from a technical point of view the tour would call easy, very smooth, almost xc.
The descent on the lake instead of Blades is completely the opposite, steps, stones, dislodged, roots ke will make you appreciate bikes with excursions and generous protections.
Once you reach the lake the music does not change; we go up to the car to leave Magnasco on difficult trails that cut through the paved road made the first leg.
Overall a nice ride that alternates between trails in the beautiful beech woods in dirt from where, on clear days, you can see the sea. < br> E 'a ride with two faces: one 3.4 x
technical point of view very simple.
x 1/4 difficult and reserved for bikers with good technique and bikes with generous excursions (the risk is to have it all on foot).
