Il tracciato parte da Foligno, zona Paciana (arriva in via F.Innamorati), si prosegue in direzione delle località S.Giovanni Profiamma, Scanzano per poi iniziare a salire dalla località Belfiore. Prima dell’ingresso al paese si svolta a sinistra e si raggiungono altre due frazioni del comune di Foligno, prima Liè e successivamente Ravignano. Dopo circa 500m da quest’ultima si prende a destra e si sale al monte di Pale. Raggiunta praticamente la vetta, riconoscibile anche da lontano per la presenza di antenne e ripetitori, si prosegue in discesa verso la frazione di Sostino, senza raggiungerla si svolta al bivio prima del paese a sinistra. La strada prosegue con dei sali scendi fino raggiungere i piani di Ricciano in prossimità del Lago di Colfiorito. Si prende la direzione per Fondi e raggiunta anche questa frazione si svolta a sinistra attaccando la salita che porta al monte di Fondi. Si arriva e si superno i 1000m di altezza e raggiunge un pianoro da cui la vista panoramica è eccezionale. Da qui inizia la discesa molto impegnativa a causa del fondo e della pendenza (fino al 40%). Dopo un tormentato viottolo in discesa si raggiunge la frazione di Orchi e successivamente Capodacqua. Da qui attraverso la statale si rientra a Foligno.

The route starts from Foligno, area Paciana (comes in via F.Innamorati), continue in the direction of the town St. John Profiamma, Scanzano and then begin to rise from Belfiore. It comes and supernal 1000m in height and reach a plateau from which the view is outstanding. From here begins the descent very challenging because of the bottom and the slope (up to 40%). After a troubled path downhill to reach the town of Orcs and subsequently Capodacqua. From here through the state falls in Foligno.
