Gita di medio impegno sui crinali tra i monti di Ome e Monticelli ed il lago.
Si parte dalla cantina Fratta di Monticelli in direzione Ome, quindi su strada asfaltata si raggiunge Ome, frazione Martignago. Subito dopo la segheria (a sinistra trattoria Bonzoni) si scende sino a guadare il torrente e dopo breve salita si attraversa un bell'uliveto. Quindi su strada bianca si ragiunge Monticelli Dosso, Dopo l'abitato si scende a sinistra e si passa a sinistra del cancello della cava. Entusiasmante single track ci porta alla frazione Foina. Da lì a destra si raggiunge la fraz. Gaina, che si attraversa per poi gaudare il torrente ed arrivare al disopra del ristorante Villa Baiana. Da lì una lunga salita, purtroppo in alcuni punti deteriorata e non ciclabile, ci porta verso la piana di Polaveno. Bei passaggi nel bosco e poi su un tratto di Gimondi Bike ci consentono di collegarci con il sentiero agrituristico del Sebino, e poi sino alla Madonna del Corno (panoramiche favolose prima sul lago, poi sulle torbiere ed infine sulla bassa Franciacorta). Da lì si può scendere dalla strada acciottolata e poi sull'asfalto oppure, per chi ama l'avvenutra, dal Pian delle Viti si può prendere un single track (traccia GPS) che, con alcuni trati a spinta, ci conduce alla frazione Sergnana, Da lì, su strada asfaltata poco trafficata, in direzione Monticelli Brusati si ritorna al punto di partenza

Gita medium commitment on the ridges of the mountains of Ome and Monticelli and the lake.
It starts from the cellar Fratta di Monticelli towards Ome, then paved road you will reach Ome, Martignago fraction. Immediately after the sawmill (left trattoria Bonzoni) is reaching down to ford the stream, and after a short climb takes you through a bell'uliveto. So on gravel road you reach by Monticelli Dosso, After the village down to the left and passes to the left of the gate of the quarry. Exciting single track leads us to village Foina. From there to the right you reach the hamlet. Gaina, you cross the creek and then gaudare get above the restaurant Villa Baiana. From there a long climb, unfortunately in some places and not deteriorated path leads us towards the plain of Polaveno. Beautiful passages in the woods and then a stretch of Gimondi Bike enable us to connect with the trail agrituristico of the Lake, and then up to the Madonna of Horn (fabulous panoramic lake first, then on the moors and finally the low Franciacorta). From there you can walk down the cobbled street and then on the tarmac or, for those who love avvenutra from the Pian delle Viti you can take a single track (track GPS), with some trated to push, leads us to village Sergnana, From there, on a paved road with little traffic in the direction of Monticelli Brusati you return to the starting point
