E' un itinerario in gran parte asfaltato, ma di grande soddisfazione per la varietà dei paesaggi che si incontrano, che alternano dolci colline a vari massicci rocciosi. Verso la fine del giro si arriva al magnifico belvedere sopra Palau, con una eccezionale visuale sull'arcipelago della Maddalena
