partenza: valgrisenche, frazione mondanges
Grazie a Five che ha organizzato e a Incisivo Happykiller e Fabio per la compagnia
Abbiamo fatto 2 giri, il primo poco meno di 4 ore e il secondo di 3.
1600 m di dislivello e 2 discese splendide, molto tecniche e lunghe.
primo giro: corretto, saliti all'epée passando da usellières (alla fine del lago, è lo stesso sentiero che porta al rif. bezzi, primo bivio a sx) e discesa dal sentiero 9 che riporta a mondanges (fraz. di valgrisenche cheflieu dove c'è il centro sportivo)
secondo giro: poderale per alpe plontaz, passando da rocher, nei pressi dell'alpeggio si prende il sentiero 4 in mezza costa, poi la prima traccia in discesa sulla sx (non ricordo se è il 5 o il 6, è segnato solo sulle cartine, ma non sul "campo") che con un migliaio di curvette riporta a valgrisenche cheflieu, nei pressi della area picnic

dovessi rifarlo farei prima il secondo giro che ha una discesa più impegnativa!

We did 2 laps, the first little less than 4 hours and the second 3
of 1600 m in altitude and 2 descents beautiful, very technical and long.
first round: correct, climbed all'epée going from Usellières (at the end of the lake, is the same path that leads to ref. bezzi, first turning on the left) and down from the path that leads back to 9 Mondanges (hamlet. valgrisenche of cheflieu where there is a sports center)
second round: Plontaz farm for pasture, from rocher , near the pasture head 4 in the path halfway up, then the first track downhill on the left (can not remember if it is 5 or 6, it is only marked on maps, but not the "field") and with a thousand bends back to valgrisenche cheflieu, near the picnic area
