Bel giro che tocca sia il versante di S. Bernardo d'Armo, sia la zona di Madonna dei cancelli.
Percorso misto con sterrati intervallati da sentieri, a volte anche abbastanza tecnici.
Alcuni tratti fanno parte dell'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.
Il periodo preferibile per questa escursione, è da Aprile a Novembre evitando i mesi più freddi.

Nice ride that touches both the slope of S. Bernardo d'Armo, both the area of ??Our Lady of the gates.
Mixed with gravel path interspersed with trails, sometimes quite technical.
Some stretches are part of the High Way of the Ligurian Mountains.
The preferable time for this hike is from April to November avoiding the colder months.
