Dal parcheggio del cimitero di Sulmona (440m.)si prende una carrabile, subito in salita, per un breve tratto su cemento e poi carrareccia. Dopo 1,2km a 510m. al bivio si prosegue a sx su quello che diventerà tutto un singletrack. Al km 4,9 quota 780m. proseguire il sentiero sulla dx, che, tranne qualche brevissimo tratto, è tutto totalmente pedalabile fino al raggiungimento della croce posta a 1070m.,( non prima di aver fatto una sosta a 1000m. a fonte Pacile).
Da questa sommità ci si diverte in discesa per un sentiero di circa 4km e 600m di dislivello fino al centro sportivo dell'Incoronata.

From the parking lot of the cemetery in Sulmona (440m). Takes a driveway, immediately uphill for a short stretch of concrete and then cart track. After 1.2km to 510m. At the fork goes to the left of what was to become an all singletrack. At 4.9 km altitude 780m. continue the path on the right, which, except for some short stretch, it's all totally pedaled until the cross placed at 1070m., (not before he made a stop at 1000m. Pacile to source).
From this summit we enjoys downhill for a path of about 4km and 600m in altitude up to the sports center dell'Incoronata.
