Molto bello, impegnativo ma estremamente divertente con salite impegnative ma pedalabili e discese in single track molto tecniche.
Si parte da Follonica (Piazza Sivieri) e si prende la SP158 utilizzando la ciclabile sulla sinistra e si arriva sino all'incrocio del Puntone e al semaforo si svolta a sinistra e dopo circa 600 mt sulla destra si prende la stradina asfaltata che ci porterà (dopo un single track) ai piedi della salita che porta al monastero di Monte di Muro. Arrivati ai ruderi del Monastero si lasciano sulla sinistra e dopo circa 300 mt si prosegue prendendo per la Fonte Bona e quindi si prende il sentiero numero 24 (single track molto tecnico) che finisce sulla cessa tagliafuoco.Si prende a sinistra pere salire sul sentiero 20 per poi prendere il 23 che dopo una impegnativa salita ci porta a Buca della Neve. Superata Buca della Neve dobbiamo fare attenzione a circa 50 mt sulla destra dobbiamo prendere il single track molto bello e tecnicamente impegnativo (utilizzato per la prova speciale del Campionato Italiano Enduro) che ci porterà a P.Alma. Attraversiamo la SP 158 e proseguiamo verso Cala Violina prendendo il sentiero n°1 e poi prendiamo il n°3. Il n° 3 lo percorriamo tutto sino alla Torretta di avvistamento. Ci immettiamo su una strada sterrata larga e prendiamo a sinistra facendo attenzione: dopo 20 mt dobbiamo prendere il single track che scende e che ci porta a Cala Violina. Giriamo a destra e seguendo la strada larga sterrata arriviamo al Porto del puntone e quindi si ritorna verso Follonica

Very nice, challenging but extremely fun with challenging climbs and descents but ridable in very technical single track.
It starts from Follonica (Piazza Sivieri) and take the SP158 using the path on the left and you will come up to ' crossing the strut and at the traffic lights turn left and after about 600 meters on the right, take the paved road that will take us (after a single track) at the foot of the slope leading to the monastery of Monte Muro.
