Primo capitolo della trilogia.
Giro allmountain,con salite impegnative,alcuni tratti a spinta,circa 350 metri di dislivello.
Le discese sono molto belle per chi ama il difficile,esposte in alcuni punti ma con un ottimo fondo.In entrambe serve un ottimo livello tecnico per affrontarle e divertirsi.
Quasi tutto il giro si svolge su sentieri vietati alle biciclette,un mio consiglio per evitare problemi è di non andare mai in gruppi numerosi,evitare i finesettimana estivi e portare il massimo rispetto per i numerosi pedoni,dando la precedenza e facendo attenzione a non far cadere sassi dall'alto.
Evitare le sgommate gratuite...

First chapter of the trilogy.
Giro-mountain, with steep climbs, some stretches to push, about 350 meters in altitude.
The descents are very nice for those who like the hard, exposed in some places but with a great background. In both need a good technical level to address them and have fun.
Almost the entire ride takes place on trails banned bicycles, my advice to avoid problems is to never go in groups, avoid the weekends and summer bring the most respect for the many pedestrians, giving precedence and being careful not to drop stones from above.
