Giro facile con i suoi 23 km di lunghezza e dislivello contenuto in meno di 800 m.
Il luogo, di grande interesse naturalistico-storico, attraversa un bosco di Larici secolari molto esteso, che ha dato il legname, per la costruzione delle navi della Repubblica di Genova.
Le marmotte e i camosci, sono incontri possibili e la vista della costa ligure da altezze prossime ai 2000 metri, chiudono le motivazioni per questo breve giro.
La salita è su sterrata, la famosa "Via del Sale" che congiunge Limone Piemonte a Monesi, poi discesa su sterrata fino all'asfalto.
Breve risalita, per poi imboccare un'altra sterrata, fino alla malga "Margheria Binda", da qui per sentiero facile completamente immersi nei Larici si giunge a Briga Alta, oggi conosciuta come Piaggia.
