E' un itinerario molto vario, che passa su sentieri e forestali, con salite a tratti molto ripide e qualche piccolo tratto da fare spingendo la bici. E' caratterizzato da molte parti divertenti e caratteristiche, come il sentiero fino al campo sportivo di Nalles, il Nachtigallen da Nalles, il sentiero Larchsteig fino a Gaido, la discesa 15 da Staudach, il sentiero 6a-14 sopra Tesimo e la discesa del Moosweg
